The Product Launch

Launch your new product with a plan, not a guess.

For owners who have the product and do not know where to start selling it.

I find out who will buy it and what they pay for similar products, set a price that leaves a profit, set up where it sells online, and run the launch ads for the first month. You also get the plan for the rest of its first year, so the launch does not stop after the first week.

Why launches go wrong

A good product can still have a bad launch.

It usually goes like this. The product is ready, a few posts go out, ads run on a small budget with no clear target, and after a month nobody can say whether it worked. The price was guessed, so even the sales that came in did not leave a profit.

A launch needs the dull work done first: who the product is for, what similar products cost, what one sale can cost you in ads and still leave money, and which numbers will tell you in week two whether to push harder or change course. That is what this service does, before a dirham goes on ads.

How it works

From the box to the first sales.

Usually about two months, from our first call to the end of the first month of sales.

Know the market

Who will buy it, who already sells something like it, at what price, and how they advertise. What customers praise and what they complain about in their reviews.

Set the offer and the numbers

The price, the offer and the message, in Arabic and English. The KPIs that say the launch is working: what a sale may cost in ads, the conversion rate to expect, and the sales to hit each week.

Set up the sales

Your store on Shopify, or your listings on Noon and Amazon, with payment, delivery and cash on delivery set up properly. Tracking installed, so every sale is counted once and counted right.

Launch and run the ads

I run the launch ads for the first month, on the platforms that fit the product, and adjust them every week against the KPIs. Then we review the month together and agree the next steps.

Yours at the end

A launched product, and a plan for its first year.

The market check

A short, plain report on your customers, your competitors and their prices, so nothing rests on a guess.

The price and the offer

A price that leaves a profit after ads, delivery and fees, and an offer worth buying.

The KPIs

The numbers to hit, written down before launch, so you know in week two whether to push harder or change course.

A store ready to sell

Shopify, Noon or Amazon set up to sell, with tracking that counts every sale correctly.

The first month of ads

The launch campaigns run and adjusted by me for the first month, with a short report every week.

The plan for the year

What to do in months two to twelve: when to push, what to test, which seasons to prepare for, and the budget for each quarter.

The fit

This works when

  • The product exists, or the samples are ready
  • You know where it will be made and how it will be delivered
  • There is a budget for the launch ads, paid by you to the platforms
  • You want to sell online, in your own store or on a marketplace

Strongest fit: consumer products, food and drink, beauty, supplements and home brands in the UAE and the wider Gulf, and brands from outside the region launching here.

When it is not the right time

If the product is still an idea, start with the free plan and come back when the samples exist. If there is no budget for ads at all, the launch has nothing to run on, and I will say so before you pay.

The ad budget is separate from my fee, paid by you straight to the platforms. After the first month I can keep running the ads through Monthly Ads Management, or hand everything to your team.
